Embellished in gold Josh respectfully illustrates powerful imagery. Referencing from both the Maori world and other cultures that are intertwined with it, Josh depicts strong Wahine from Aotearoa and the wider Ao.
“Ko Shani Toku Ingoa” Is a personal Piece for Josh and his Whanau, as it depicts his Older sister, a strong wahine whom he and others look to. She not only represents their Whanau, But all Wahine Maori who are special to their families.
