Wild harvested kawakawa leaves, with respect to one of the most treasured New Zealand native plants, used for generations in Rongoā Māori (traditional Māori medicine), has a super high anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and analgesic content. Making an amazing balm for: dry skin, dry lips, irritations, bites, eczema, bumps, burns, arthritis, abrasions, and nappy rash.
The precious kawakawa leaves are steeped in Aotearoa grown Hemp Seed oil. The ‘Godfather’ of all plants and oils, in my own opinion. For the benefits of skin this organic oil has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory molecules and chemicals, such as fatty acids and antioxidants, that will help destroy microbes, such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi, that can cause disease. Skin is one of the important presentable organ of the body and definitely the most ‘exposed’. Hemp oil contains a wide array of phytochemicals beneficial for skin health and human health in general. Benefits for acne, dryness, aging, UV protection, and of course healing!
